In our attempts to raise the profile of our club and increase membership we will be running an Open Day on Saturday the 15th June from 10.30am to 5pm. We are leafletting 5000 local households and at the end of next week there will be a banner on our road facing fence underneath the clubs signage and another one ( subject to agreement) on The Kia railing on the Victoria Park roundabout.
We will also be promoting the event through social media. Could we ask that you support this event and share any social media posts and adverts and let your friends, family and work colleagues know about it and more importantly encourage them to attend. We are offering free taster squash and racketball sessions. To see the club in action we will be running a handicap competition from 11am to 3pm and we'd like members of all standards to come along and take part.
We will send out more details on this next week but interested members are encouraged to reply to this email asap. The event will be limited on numbers so get your name down.
The committee will be working on the complete format for the day but If anyone has any ideas on what we can do on the day to show the club in its full glory then please send your ideas through.
