All inclusive courts starts tomorrow - Read on for answers to our FAQs PIN [[pin]]

Dear [[firstname]]

Your new-look membership is here, from tomorrow we're all-inclusive! That's right no more ‘is it your turn or mine’, no more searching for the debit card to top-up your account, no more chasing that £1.27 in credit from your aged debtors! Just unlimited enjoyment of our fantastic facilities for one monthly fee.

In order to help you get the most from our new membership we’ve pulled together a few FAQs

How do I book a ‘free’ court after 1st November?
No changes here – just use your existing login. You’ll see that courts show £0.00 as the court fee. There’s no restriction on court bookings but please only book what you know you will use. Charges apply to no-shows and late cancellations (within 48 hrs)

How do I check-in?
There are two electronic displays in the club that allow you to check-in. One in the foyer and one in the bar. Click ‘check-in’ and enter your PIN. Your personal PIN number is [[pin]].

Can I still bring guests?
Absolutely! Please continue to transfer the guest fee to the GUEST account.

Do I still need to reserve a court?
Yes! It’s important that you continue to book the court even though courts are free. Why? We need to understand how trends in court usage may change. It also helps other members to see who’s at the club. They may choose to book another court knowing there are other members there and join you at the bar afterwards. And of course, if you haven’t booked a court you are at risk of another member booking your court

What if I’m running late?
Your playing partner(s) can check you in. Please make sure you include all players on your booking so that any of them can check-in for you.

Why do you charge for no-show and late cancellation?
We want to ensure that members who book the courts will use them. Un-used courts not only prevent other members from enjoying the facility but also cost the club potential bar revenue. We hope that by retaining the existing late-cancellation / no-show policies members will only book the courts they know they’ll use.

How can I maximise my new membership?
With the all-inclusive courts it’s an opportunity to branch out and have a hit with players you might not have done before. Perhaps that’s arranging a hit with a new member, joining the internal leagues, giving some hints and tips to new players to the game or passing on your worldly squash knowledge to our future and rising stars!

We genuinely hope you will enjoy making the most of your new membership in this exciting new phase for the club. If you have any other questions, suggestions or feedback please contact us at info@leicestersquash.club
