Club Champs
Dear [[firstname]] ,
We are delighted to announce that entries to the squash and racketball club champs for 2023 are well and truly open! This will be a chance for players to play and challenge players outside of their normal playing circles and support the club in its efforts to make our club a more vibrant and social environment.
Interested players can either sign up at the club where entry sheets are displayed by the entrance notice board, or you can email robvivian@hotmail.co.uk detailing the events you'd like to enter.
Dates
Entries should be submitted by 7th April LATEST
The draws will take place on 7th April
First round matches will commence on Monday the 10th April
The finals will be held on Friday the 19th May. Matches will start at 5pm with the presentations followed by a meal at 8pm.
The presentation event will include prizes and food and is open to all members, their families and friends.
Fees
There will be an entry fee of £10 per player for their first event and any further events are charged at £5 per event. There will be a payment list behind the bar where payments can be made. The fees will cover the cost of prizes and will include the post-presentation meal.
Events
We will be running the following events which are open to all players of all standards. There will be a minimum of two games per player per event;
Men's event & first round losers plate competition
Ladies event ( league or knockout depending on numbers)
Men's over 45’s & first round losers plate competition
Ladies over 45’s ( league or knockout depending on numbers)
Men's over 55’s ( league or knockout depending on numbers)
Doubles event & first round losers plate competition
Racketball competition & first round losers plate competition
Lets get as many players entered as possible and good luck!
