Notice is hereby given that the 61st Annual General Meeting of the members of Leicester Squash Club Ltd will be held at Leicester Squash Club, 189 London Road, Leicester on Tuesday 28th March 2023 at 6:00pm

Chairman’s welcome and report of the Management Committee
To receive the accounts for the year ended 30th September 2022 and to opt out of an audit
To elect members of the Management Committee
To elect Team Captains
To elect a Bar Sub-Committee
To discuss membership subscription proposals
To re-appoint the accountants, to authorise the Management Committee to fix their remuneration and to vote to continue to opt out of an audit

Nominations for the Management Committee
There are currently vacancies on the Management Committee and you are invited to submit nominations to the Company Secretary, 189 London Road, Leicester LE2 1ZE. All nominations are to be in accordance with Article 40 of the Rules and By-laws. Members should understand that to ensure their club functions properly and remains in good shape, they should seriously consider giving some of their time to assist the Management Team if at all possible, either on the main committee or on sub-committees as required.
Rob Morgan is retiring from the Committee after this AGM. We would like to thank him for his invaluable input. Rob continues to assist the club from the side-lines though.
Proxies
A member entitled to vote is entitled to appoint a proxy to attend and vote. A proxy need not also be a member.
