Just a quick reminder about the EGM to be held at the club at 6:45pm on Tuesday (28th Sept). The points we plan to discuss are listed below.
We will not be asking for volunteers to join the committee at this meeting, we have enough already. We simply want to highlight the clubs current situation and have an open discussion about the way ahead, it's an opportunity for you to put forward any ideas you may have or just listen if you prefer.
1. Introductions and objectives of the meeting
2. To review the latest accounts for the year ending 30th September 2021 (unaudited)
3. To discuss the Club’s basic costs and income needs
4. To discuss our next steps (renewals, marketing, staffing, cash generation)
5. To formally elect members of the management committee (volunteers have already come forward)
6. Questions/Ideas from the members
