Great News for LSC Teams

We are pleased and proud to announce that not only did our 1st Team win Division 1 of the Winter Leicestershire Squash League, but our 2nd Team completed the double and have been promoted to the 1st Division having won Division 2. And then we have our 3rd team putting in a very strong effort and pulling out a mid table position in Division 3.
Team captains, Matt Ysart, Jack Crawford and Brendan O'Connor's commitment to the task has been remarkable. Not only did they field a full team at every match, but they managed to select a competitive team for every game despite limited availability on occasions. Winning a league, depends on good leadership and commitment from all team players, so a big thank to all three captains and team players ( our members ) that committed their time and turned up every week to compete and represent our club! Well Done!
The 1st team have their last home match tonight and I'm sure they would appreciate it if you were able to turn up and support.
We are now looking forward to 2023/2024 season where we will have two teams in the 1st Division which is something that we haven't been able to do for a number of years.
This is a last call for our members to enter the Club Champs. Men's, Ladies, Doubles, Racketball, Men's over 45's and over 55's. It's a chance to play different players! Please send an email to robvivian@hotmail.co.uk by 6pm on 13th April.
