Roof Works
Dear [[firstname]] ,
We would like to update you on the planned roofing works, which are still scheduled to commence on
2nd November and are expected to take approximately 2–3 weeks, weather permitting.
Scaffolding will be erected this Wednesday and will extend across the full width of the front of the building, projecting approximately four feet from the wall.
During the works, the scaffolding will affect a number of parking spaces, so we ask all members to take particular care when parking their vehicles.
Three parking spaces will be taken out of use for the duration of the works. These are the spaces nearest to the fire exit by Court 5 and will be reserved for the roofing contractor's vans and a skip.
We are asking our daytime contracted parkers to ensure they park responsibly and use only their allotted spaces.
We appreciate that these works may cause some inconvenience, but we hope that any disruption to parking will be manageable. Thank you for your patience and cooperation while these essential works are carried out.
If you experience any significant difficulties, please contact Rob Vivian on 07971 188292 or email info@leicestersquash.club
Thank you for your understanding.
Kind regards,
Leicester Squash Club
