Membership Renewals

Firstly, thanks to everyone who has renewed their membership this year.

I wanted to explain a few points regarding membership payments by direct debit because one or two questions have arisen.

1) For members that were already setup to pay by direct debit, collection of payments recommenced in October at the old non all-inclusive monthly rate and continue from this month, November, in the normal way at the new all-inclusive rate.

2) For members that recently provided their details for paying by direct debit but provided them before November, a payment has already been collected on November 15th. The amount collected covered two months; October, at the old non all-inclusive monthly rate plus November at the new all-inclusive monthly rate.

3) For members who more recently provided their details for paying by direct debit a payment covering October and November, at the appropriate rates, will be collected on Friday 26th November.

At the end of November any member that has not renewed their membership will be considered to have resigned and their key fob and booking system access will be disabled. If an oversight has occurred we will of course gladly reinstate a member once the necessary forms and payments have been received.

All direct debit payments will continue to be collected from December onwards in the normal way; on or shortly after the 5th day of each month.

Not receiving Email Newsletters?

  • Login and check you email address is correct.
  • Contact Us if you changed your email address.
  • Check you spam/junk folders (and mark the message as "not spam/junk" if you find it there).
  • Add "leicestersquashclub@no-reply.mycourts.co.uk" to your Contacts list or email address book.
  • Contact your email service provider and ask them why you're not receiving messages sent from leicestersquashclub@no-reply.mycourts.co.uk.

Hotmail/Outlook Users

  • Login to your Hotmail/Outlook account.
  • Click Settings > View all Outlook settings > Junk Email
  • Add "mycourts.co.uk" and "no-reply.mycourts.co.uk" to your Safe Senders and domains.

GMail Users

  • Go to Gmail Settings > Filters and Blocked Addresses. If "Leicester Squash Club <leicestersquashclub@no-reply.mycourts.co.uk>" appears in the list of blocked addresses, select "Leicester Squash Club <leicestersquashclub@no-reply.mycourts.co.uk>" and click "unblock selected addresses".

Other email service providers may have similar settings -- please follow their instructions. If not, contact their support desk and request delivery of messages from leicestersquashclub@no-reply.mycourts.co.uk.
