Notice is hereby given that the 60th Annual General Meeting of the members of Leicester Squash Club Ltd will be held at Leicester Squash Club, 189 London Road, Leicester on Tuesday, 28th June 2022 at 6:45pm

To receive the accounts for the year ended 30th September 2021
To elect members of the management committee.
To elect Team Captains.
To elect a Wine Sub Committee.
To re-appoint accountants and to authorise the Management Committee to fix their remuneration.

Nominations for the Management Committee
There are currently vacancies on the Management Committee and you are invited to submit nominations to the Company Secretary, 189 London Road, Leicester LE2 1ZE. All nominations are to be in accordance with Article 40 of the Rules and By-laws.

A member entitled to vote is entitled to appoint a proxy to attend and vote. A proxy need not also be a member.
