Membership for 1st October 2021 to 30th September 2022
Each Membership Year runs from 1st October to 30th September.
A key fob that gives automatic entry to the Club is provided to all members and players (other than to Juniors).

* Annual Payment and Monthly Direct Debit are mutually exclusive. If you pay the Annual Payment, you are not required to pay monthly Direct Debits.
**The annual affiliation fee (£6.50 for Adults and £4.50 Juniors) for all players is paid directly by the Club to England Squash.
Adult full playing membership entitles the member to use all the facilities of the Club.
Junior full playing membership entitles the member to use all the facilities of the Club except that Juniors under 16 are not permitted use of the Fitness Suite.
Junior membership is available to anyone who is under 19 years of age on 1 October in the relevant Membership Year. Proof of age will be required.
Membership benefits include England Squash affiliation fees and off-peak courts.
Student membership entitles the member to use all the facilities of the Club.
Membership is valid for Term Time Dates. Additional one-off payments for the Christmas, Easter and Summer terms.
Student membership is available to anyone who is over 19 years of age and a full time student on 1 October in the relevant Membership Year. Student ID will be required. There is no upper age limit.
Country full playing membership entitles the member to use all the facilities of the Club.
Country membership is available to anyone who is resident 50 miles or more from the club on 1 October in the relevant Membership Year. Proof of residential address will be required each year.
Social non-playing membership entitles the member to use the bar and facilities of the Club but not the courts or Fitness Suite.
Family full playing membership entitles all members of the family to use all the facilities of the Club.
Family membership is available to any family of two adults and any number of children under 19 who are resident at the same address on 1 October in the relevant Membership Year. Proof of joint residential address and age of children will be required each year.
Fitness Suite Membership
Fitness Suite only membership entitles the member to use the Fitness Suite, changing facilities and bar but not to use the courts.
The Fitness Suite only members are not Members of Leicester Squash Club Limited.
A member who invites a guest to visit the Club and to play must pay a Guest Fee of £3 in addition to the appropriate court fee. The fee should be paid when the court is booked and confirmation of payment made when entering the guest’s name in the guest book. If, for any reason, the guest fee is not paid, the member’s MyCourts account will be debited. Guests are not permitted use of the Fitness Suite.
Non Member Categories
Available to educational institutions for a minimum of 6 students.
Rates will be negotiated by the club directly with the institution.
Student fees may be paid by monthly Direct Debit
Students Group members are not Members of Leicester Squash Club Limited.
Available to employers for a minimum of 6 employees.
Rates will be negotiated by the club directly with the employer.
The full annual fee must be paid by the employer on 1 October.
The employer must nominate the individual employees on 1 October each year.
Employers may extend this to past employees only if at least 6 current employees have been nominated.
The nominated employees are not Members of Leicester Squash Club Limited.
Membership fees are payable on 1 October. Some categories can also be paid in monthly installments by direct debit.
Membership is for a Membership Year and must be paid in full for each year. Members should not cancel direct debits during the membership year. Should a member cancel a direct debit for any reason the balance of the year’s membership must be paid immediately. Reinstatement of membership will only be considered when all outstanding amounts are paid, together with a £75 administration fee.
Any member who has previously cancelled a direct debit will not be permitted to pay by monthly instalments when membership is reinstated. All such reinstated membership fees must be paid on 1st October in full.
Members may bring guests into the Club. The member is responsible for the guest whilst the guest is in the Club and for payment of any guest playing fees (see below). Any individual guest may visit the club a maximum of 6 times in any Membership Year, irrespective of the member. The member must ensure that his or her name and the guest’s name are both entered in the Guest Book in the bar. By definition, a member can, under no circumstances, be a guest. A former member can also not be a guest at any time during the 2 Membership Years following cessation of membership.
Members of Leicester Squash Club Limited (as defined in the Memorandum & Articles of Association) exclude anyone under 18 years of age.
If a member wishes to cancel membership he or she may do so on 30 September in any Membership Year. No refunds will be given under any circumstances.
New members joining the Membership Year will be required to pay pro rata from the date of joining to the end of the current Membership Year.
Additional key fobs and replacements are available at a cost of £10.00.
The above rules may be reviewed and amended at any time.
